For safety reasons, our staff will not collect or hand over pets outside the gate.\n\n\tTimings:\n\tDrop-off: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM\n\tPick-up: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM\n\n•\tEarly or late check-ins/outs are not permitted unless explicitly pre-approved by management.\n\nPayment & Booking Policy:\n\n•\tDaycare & Dog Park Visits: 100% advance payment is required to confirm bookings.\n•\tBoarding Reservations: A non-refundable booking fee of 20% of invoice is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is to be paid in full at check-in. \n•\tAdvance Payment Rule: All services at “Tails of Two Cities” operate on a 100% advance payment basis. Bookings will be confirmed once payment is received.\n•\tCancellations & Changes: We completely understand that plans may change. However, to accommodate others, no refunds or date changes can be offered without at least 72 hours' notice. \n\nCommunication Policy:\n•\tA dedicated WhatsApp family group will be created for each pet upon check-in.\n•\t Updates, including daily mealtime videos, will be shared regularly in this group.\n•\tWhatsApp will serve as the primary mode of communication. Kindly use it for all non-emergency queries.\n•\tTo maintain transparency and proper documentation, phone calls are discouraged. Please reserve calls for emergency situations only.\n\nCCTV Policy:\n•\tThe facility is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance, covering all common areas and pet rooms.\n•\tFor the privacy and safety of our staff, especially female employees, live CCTV access will not be shared with pet parents.\n•\tIn case of a specific concern or incident, the relevant footage can be reviewed upon request.\n\nFeeding & Mealtime:\n•\tWe maintain a strict mealtime routine to ensure consistency and comfort for all pets.\n•\tFor transparency, video updates of mealtimes will be shared with pet parents. Any special dietary requirements, allergies, or medical feeding instructions must be provided in writing at the time of booking so that we can follow them accurately.\n \nHealth, Safety & Medical Responsibility:\n\n•\tVaccinations: Only fully vaccinated pets will be accepted. Valid vaccination records must be uploaded during registration.\n•\tTick & Flea Prevention: Tick and flea treatment is mandatory prior to check-in. Pet with active infestation may be denied entry for the safety of all. \n•\tIllness or Emergency: In case of illness, injury, or emergency, Tails of Two Cities will always act in the best interest of the pet and seek veterinary care as needed. Pet parents will be informed immediately.\n•\tMedical Expenses: All medical expenses incurred during the stay will be the responsibility of the pet parent.\n•\tLimitations of Liability: While we provide the highest standard of care, Tails of Two Cities cannot be held liable for health concerns or natural outcomes related to pre-existing conditions, senior age, or circumstances beyond our control. \n\nCode of Conduct & Safety Policy:\n•\tTo ensure a positive and welcoming environment, we kindly request pet parent to always communicate with our staff in respectful and courteous manner. \n•\t Any form of abusive, aggressive or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff or management will lead to immediate cancellation of services without refund.\n•\t For safety reasons, pets displaying aggression, severe anxiety, or behavior that may endanger themselves or others may be placed in temporary isolation under supervision. \n\nPet Parent Responsibilities & Consent:\n\n•\tBy registering with Tails of Two Cities, you confirm that all medical history, allergies, medications, behavioral concerns, and temperament details have been truthfully disclosed. \n•\tTails of Two Cities will not be liable for any injuries or incidents resulting from undisclosed medical or behavioural issues.\n•\tYou authorize Tails of Two Cities to provide basic care, seek veterinary attention, and take necessary decisions in case of an emergency, should you be unreachable.\n•\tPlease note that minor scrapes, stress-related behaviour, or temporary appetite loss can occur in new environments and are considered normal adjustments, and therefore do not constitute grounds for liability.\n\nMedia & Content Consent:\n • By enrolling your pet, you grant Tails of Two Cities permission to photograph and record videos of your pet during their stay. These may be used on our social media platforms, website, or other promotional materials, unless you inform us in writing in advance that you do not wish for your pet to be featured. \n\nLiability Waiver:\n\n•\tWhile Tails of Two Cities takes every possible precaution to ensure a safe and caring environment, you acknowledge that boarding, daycare, and group play may involve certain inherent risks.\n•\t Tails of Two Cities shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, emotional stress, or natural loss arising from pre-existing medical conditions, age-related factors, or interactions with other pets, except in cases where gross negligence on our part is established.\n\nChanges to Terms: \n•\tTails of Two Cities reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
